working with landowners who only want occasional consultation to those
who want us to do complete "caretaker" managment. Preparation
of a management plan and supervising its implementation are typical
management activities. Also, we have been responsible for implementing
management plans written by wildlife professionals for the purpose
of enhancing both wildlife and forestry resources. |

| Timber Marketing: |

Work includes selecting trees for sale, estimating
their volumes and values, selling timber by sealed bids or negotiations,
preparing timber sale agreements and supervising the logging operation.
Most of this work is done for small private landowners.
Professionally-handled timber sales have been proven
to produce more money for the owner even after paying the consultant's
fees and will leave the property in better condition for future

Land Sales:
|
|
| Real estate services are primarily performed
on behalf of the seller in marketing their property and include sealed-bid
sales and conventional listings with negotiated prices. We have been
responsible for developing small rural subdivisions for landowners
in Grant and Rapides Parishes. Most of our real estate clients are
small private landowners, but we have represented International Paper
Realty Corporation, Boise Cascade Corporation and Georgia Pacific
Corporation in marketing scattered tracts. |

| Timber Appraisals: |

Services range from timber damage valuation for
trespass cases to appraisal of pre-merchantable and merchantable
timber for such purposes as rights-of-way acquisition, estate valuation
and partition, and the purchase or sale of property. Major appraisal
clients include the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development,
Trunkline Gas Company, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Louisiana
Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, and Tensas Delta Land Company.
