This is a unique property, offering both hunting and fishing opportunities.  Enjoy catching bass, white perch, and catfish from the Dugdemona River, Port DeLuce' Creek, and an oxbow lake, and hunting deer, ducks, turkeys, squirrels, and hogs in the beautiful hardwood bottomland.  These two drainages produce good quality bucks every year and both run through this tract.  The timber is mature hardwood, with a high percentage being red and white oak species.
