Much of the tract is located in Bayou Funny Louis bottom.  There is approximately 25 acres of upland ground on the north side and approximately 15 acres on the south side.  One or both of these upland sites may be suitable for a home or campsite.  It has approximately 3,300' frontage on U.S. Highway 84 and approximately 1,800' frontage on Mosquito Drive (Parish blacktop).  Electricity and water are available.  A network of maintained ATV trails offer access throughout much of the property.  The area has a healthy deer population, and the sloughs and bayou should offer the opportunity for a few woodducks.
