This big tract has a lot to offer.  The young pine plantation and large timbered streamside management zones offer good hunting, as well as future timber income.  With available water and electricity and approximately 7/10 mile of parish road frontage, there are several areas that have home or campsite potential.  The numerous roads and trails provide access and recreational opportunities throughout much of the tract.  Its location puts it approximately 10 minutes from Olla, 15 minutes from Jena, and an hour from Alexandria and Monroe.  See Information PDF for further details.
