This remote recreation/hunting tract is located in the middle of the Kisatchie National Forest.  The timber consists of an mostly mature stand of pine and hardwood.  The topography is hilly on the south end and relatively flat on the north end, in Bayou Pierre bottom. 

Access to the property is via an unmarked Forest Service Road.

Seller is reserving 50% of the minerals.
